Vladimir Vișots'kyi Monument

In Vladivostok's Theatre Square there is a monument to Vladimir Vysotsky created by artist Pyotr Chegodaev. The poet's figure is made of bronze and presented without a traditional pedestal, which emphasizes the closeness and accessibility of Vysotsky's image. Nearby there is equipment reproducing his songs. This is the first major sculptural work by the author using a line from the song "Open Closed Port Vladivostok".
