Sports Harbor Embankment

Sport Harbor Embankment in Vladivostok - well-established pedestrian zone by the sea. Here there is a light-musical fountain built to celebrate the city's anniversary, beaches with health complexes and sports fields. The history of the embankment began in 1862 when it was occupied by a seaside market and healing baths. Since the beginning of the 20th century, there has been a fish market here. After the war, there appeared Dinamo Stadium, water stations and rowing-sailing base. Regular marine communication with Peschanyi Peninsula ceased only in the late 1990s.
