Million Quarter

Historical district Millionka is situated in Vladivostok between streets Lighthouse, Borderline, Semenovskaya and Aleutskaya. Original passageway courtyards, arches and alleys of historical construction have been preserved here. In 2010 art group "33+1" installed a series of concrete reliefs titled "Inhabitants of Millionka", featuring a Chinese water carrier and Japanese policeman. Late 19th - early 20th century was marked by active Chinese migration, with significant part of it concentrated precisely in this area.
