Perm Theatre "U Mosta"

Perm Theatre "U Mosta", founded in 1988, is known for productions noted with the National Theatre Award "Golden Mask". Its artistic direction is mystical theatre, named after its original location near Kamsky Bridge. Among the most famous shows is "Viy". The theatre actively works with traditions of Russian psychological theatre and methods of schools of Mikhail Chekhov and Jerzy Grotowski. It also regularly stages works by Bulgakov, Gogol and McDonagh, hosting international festivals of the latter.
