Perm Planetarium

Perm Planetarium is located at Gagarina Boulevard, 27A. It organizes popular science programs on astronomy and cosmonautics including outings for schools and camps. The main hall is dome-shaped star theater where celestial skies are shown regardless of time of day or weather conditions. Perm's first planetarium opened in February 1960 at the local museum coinciding with Cosmonautics Day. The building stands on a hill near Egoshikhinskaya Hill.
