Tatischev Monument
Perm, Lenina St, 2
The monument to Vasily Nikitich Tatishchev was installed in Perm on Lenina Street near the site where the Egoshikhinsky copper smelting plant was founded, whose construction he initiated in 1723. The choice of location was due to its convenience for access to water, mines, forests, and waterways. The memorial was opened in 2003 to commemorate the city's 280th anniversary, symbolizing the beginning of its historical destiny.
