PERMM — State Museum of Contemporary Art, opened in Perm in 2009. It is the first such museum outside Russia's major city centers. Its signature exhibit is "Russian Poor." The concept was developed by Marat Gelman, Sergey Gordeev, and Oleg Chirkinov.
