Art-object "Happiness Is Not Far Away" is a creation by Permian artist Boris Matrosov made in 2005 especially for the festival "Art-Pole". Since then it has become a визитная card of Perm, recognizable thanks to the inscription from big red letters installed in 2009 within the framework of the project "Museum in the City". The popularity of the installation was also brought about by its appearance in popular series and films.
