Orenburg Trading House

Gostiny Dvor in Orenburg - a monument of civil architecture of the 19th century associated with the development of the city as an important trade center on the route between Russia and Central Asia. The building reflects the trading function of Orenburg and its role as "gates" to the Asian direction. It also serves as a key object reflecting the history of trade with the peoples of Central Asia. In 2014, the Bank of Russia issued a silver coin dedicated to this building.
