Kosta Hetagurov Monument

The Kosta Hetagurov Monument situated on Karl Marx Square in Vladikavkaz honors the founder of Ossetian artistic literature. It was unveiled on January 16th, 1955, sculpted by Soslanbek Dafadiyevich Tavasiev with architect Ismagil Galeevich Gaynutdinov's assistance. This 13-meter-tall bronze and granite structure is of federal cultural heritage significance.
