Memorial to Victims of Local Wars and Conflicts in Vladikavkaz was opened on July 24, 2003. The project authors were sculptor Georgy Sabeev and architect Alexander Karakishihev. The monument immortalizes the memory of those who died in various military conflicts. It is situated in the memorial zone of the city.
