The bust of twice Hero of the Soviet Union I.A. Pliev is located in Vladikavkaz on Kirova Street. The monument is made of bronze and depicts the local hero who received his second Gold Star Hero of the USSR medal on September 8, 1945. It was installed in his hometown.
