A.M. Gorky Literary Museum

A.M.Gorky Literary Museum is situated at Burmistrov's House on Minin Street, 26 in Nizhny Novgorod. It is a regional cultural heritage site preserving nearly unchanged historical interior decorations. The museum exhibits items related to the life and works of Aleksey Maximovich Peshkov as well as local writers and cultural figures. The collection includes over one hundred thousand objects. The mansion is an elegant urban residence from the late 19th century eclectic era.
