Musical Alley

The Musical Alley in Murmansk is situated on Vorovsky Street near the regional Philharmonic Hall and an arts college. Its name reflects its proximity to the city's musical institutions. On both sides of the alley benches with backs shaped like piano keys are installed. In the evening, heart-shaped arches beautifully illuminated create a romantic atmosphere. The alley has pedestrian paving stones decorated with flowerbeds and lawns. In 2016 it was recognized as Russia's most romantic place according to National Geographic Traveler Russia magazine.
