Murmansk Regional Drama Theatre

Murmansk Regional Drama Theatre is located at Lenina Avenue, 49 in Murmansk. Founded in 1939 as a branch of Leningrad's Great Drama Theatre named after Gorky, since 1963 it has been housed in its own building. The repertoire includes both Russian and foreign classical works. There are 39 actors in the troupe, including three honored artists of the Russian Federation. The history of the theater is closely linked to the years of World War II.
