Murmansk Regional Universal Scientific Library

Murmansk Regional Universal Scientific Library is located at Sofya Perovskaya Street, 21A, Murmansk city. Its establishment dates back to the late 1930s, while it received its official name in September 1983. The library's building was designed by Perm architects and opened in 1970. A distinctive feature of the institution is an electronic catalog dedicated to Saami bibliography and a local studies collection with materials about the Kola Peninsula and locally produced publications.
