Vyborg Railway Station
Vyborg, Zheleznodorozhnaya Street, 8
Vyborg Railway Station was built by military construction troops, while the columns of the main facade were manufactured by civilian specialists. Originally, the wooden station from 1869 consisted of two two-story pavilions connected by a single-story gallery. It was considered a building of the first class on the Riihimaki - Saint Pyotrsburg line. Later, in 1913, the station was reconstructed to resemble Helsinki Central Station: a twenty-meter arch section with a large clock stained glass was added.
