Theater Square

Theater Square is the central square of Krasnoyarsk used for city holidays and mass events. It features Krasnoyarsk hotel, opera and ballet theater, and an operational light-and-music fountain. Previously, there was a wooden theater on this site which burned down in 1898. In 2010, restoration took place for the theater building, street furniture and central fountain. The square connects to the left bank entrance to the Kommunalny Bridge.
