Observation deck on Nikolaevka Hill — the highest point of Krasnoyarsk (505 meters above sea level). There are three levels here: lower with a pedestrian bridge, middle with an amphitheater under a canopy, and upper for panoramic views. Previously, trampolines operated for winter competitions. Main attraction — flagpole 100 meters high, listed in Russia's Book of Records.
