World Peace Square

World Square in Krasnoyarsk has a rich history starting from the moment of emergence of Krasnoyarsk Fort. After the fire of 1773 the wooden fortress was destroyed and never rebuilt. In 2018 the square underwent major reconstruction becoming fully pedestrian area. Here often cultural and sports events take place as well as the winter city program "Winter on the Bow" started here.
