Yudin Mansion-Museum

Krasnoyarsk, Melkombinatskaya St, 2/1

Yudin's Estate in Krasnoyarsk is situated on the banks of the Yenisei River. It is the sole surviving merchant's villa in the city belonging to renowned gold miner and bibliophile Yudin. Following the sale of his personal library to the US it became the foundation for the Slavic Division of the Library of Congress. The mansion was restored under a project from 1994-1995 and currently houses Russia Museum Libraries.
