Safari Park Zoo

Krasnodar Safari Park - private zoo opened in 2006 and part of an international animal rights protection organization. Its territory occupies ten hectares in Solnechny Ostrov park. It houses mammals, birds and other species from various world natural zones, including rare species listed in the Red Book. Enclosures are designed considering each species' biological characteristics to provide comfortable living conditions. A distinctive feature of the zoo are enclosures with giraffes, hippos, tigers, camels, lemurs and diverse monkey species.
