The Musical Fountain on Krasnodar's Theatre Square was opened in 2011. It is located near the Krasnодар Academic Drama Theater and occupies an area of over 1,200 sq.m. The fountain's depth is 4 meters; 57 pumps send water through 377 geysers creating musical accents up to 25-30 meters high. The uniqueness of the structure lies in the absence of a traditional deep basin—sprays shoot directly from a rectangular pool.
