Literary Museum of Kuban

The Literature Museum of Kuban is situated in Krasnodar on Postovaya Street, 39. Its exhibition covers literary history of the region from the 18th century to present day. Visitors can see personal belongings, documents and books of famous Kuban writers such as Arkady Perventsev and Pyotr Ignatov. Special attention is drawn to the collection of pre-revolutionary editions, church statutes and old printed books from Kievo-Pecherskaya and Pochaevskaya monasteries. Also exhibited is Alexander Solzhenitsyn's lifetime edition of his works published in the USA.
