Krasnodarsky Musical Theatre

Krasnodar Musical Theatre is situated on Krasnaya Street, 44. Established in 1933 as Armavir City Music Comedy Theatre, it later moved to Krasnodar and adopted its current name. Following reconstruction completed in 2002, the theatre opened with a premiere ballet "Golden Age". Notable members of the troupe include Leonid Orlov, Alexander and Elvira Alexandrov, Pavel Gerasimov among others. Since 2012, artistic director has been Andrey Lebedev. The building features classical frescoes and northern lights-style lighting.
