Krasnodar Puppet Theatre

The Krasnodar Regional Puppet Theatre Celebrates Its Professional Existence Since 1941. Until 1961 it did not have its own building. The theatre is known for productions receiving prestigious awards: the play "Winter Tale" won three prizes at the XIII Festival " Kuban Theatrical - 2012 ". The ensemble marked its 75th anniversary in 2014. Among notable performances are "Flying Chest" (1920), "Let's Play with Little Red Riding Hood" (sign language interpretation) and "Don Quixote" (award for best actor duo). The theatre also received Grand Prix at the World Puppet Theatre Festival in Prague.
