Krasnodar State Circus

The Krasnodar State Circus is situated on Rashpilevskaya Street in the city of Krasnodar. Its history begins with early circus performances in bazaars in 1880. A stationary wooden circus building appeared in 1908. Famous artists performed there: Karandash, Oleg Popov, the Zapashny brothers, Igor Kio, and Anatoly Kornilov. In 2014, the institution received the status of a state autonomous cultural institution, but later it was decided to liquidate it.
