Krasnodarskaya Regionalnaya Biblioteka imeni A.S. Pushkina

The Krasnodar Regional Library named after A.S. Pushkin is situated at Krasnaya Street, 8. The building is an architectural monument from the early 20th century. It houses a civil seal with publications from the Academy of Sciences and Moscow University, works by Vasily Trediakovsky and Nikolay Novikov. There is a special electronic catalog covering local studies and foreign literature, opened in January 1994. Among rare collections there are ancient books with ex libris and autographs previously owned by churches and monasteries.
