Stavron Mayak Gelendzhik

Gelendzhik Lighthouse — an operational architectural landmark on Lermontov Boulevard. Construction of the tower began in 1897 and was completed in 1906. The white stone structure about 35 meters high serves as a navigation aid for ships entering Gelendzhik Bay and can be seen up to 9 nautical miles away.
