Cross at Markotkh Ridge

The поклонный cross on the Martokh Ridge stands at an elevation of 580 meters above sea level and reaches a total height of about 43 meters including its base. The construction of the cross was completed in 2020 after being approved by Patriarch Kirill in 2015. This significant site is a popular pilgrimage destination and scenic viewpoint overlooking Gelendzhik Bay.
