Open-Air Museum "Battery No. 394 Captain A.E. Zubkov" is situated on Penay Cape in Kabardinka village near the 14th kilometer of Novorossiysk-Sukhumi Highway. Concrete structures built in 1941 have become a monument to defenders of Tsemes Bay during World War II. It houses a memorial complex commemorating the heroism of artillerymen including Captain Andrey Zubkov. In juniper thin forest there remain historical sites related to the defense of Novorossiysk.
