Memorial Sign E.Yu. Pilenko (Mother Maria)

Memorial sign Mother Maria (Elizaveta Yul'evna Pilenko) was installed in Anapa's park near the sea station on Lenina Street. Creation of the monument was handled by architect Yu.V. Ryssin. Elizaveta Pilenko, also known as Mother Maria, was born and spent her childhood in Anapa. She is famous for her memoirs about life and public activities, as well as organizing aid to those in need after emigration.
