Memorial Stele A.S. Korytine
Anapa, Gudovich Square, intersection of Tamanskaya St and Protopopova St
Monumental stele to aircraft designer and Anapa historian Andrey Sergeyevich Korytine stands in Gudovich Park, at the intersection of Tamanskaya and Protopopova streets in Anapa. Installed in 1990 by architect Yu.V. Rysin. Born in Temryuk in 1907, Korytine made significant contributions to the creation of the museum-reserve "Gorgippia" and engaged in history and archaeology after retirement. In 1968 he received the USSR State Prize for his design work.
