St. Uspensky Trifon Monastery

The Holy-Dormition Trifonov Monastery in Kirov was founded in 1580 by Saint Trifon Vyatsky. The stone ensemble took shape in the 17th-18th centuries. It includes the Assumption Cathedral (1689), the Annunciation Church (1728), the Three-Holy-Gospels Church (1711-1717) and holy gates with the Nikolskaya Church (1692-1695). A federal heritage site.
