Vasnetsov Brothers Monument

The Brothers Vasnetsov Monument is situated in Kirov on Karl Marx Street near Vyatka Art Museum. It features a bronze sculptural pair standing on a granite pedestal. The monument was unveiled on May 28, 1992, created by sculptor Yuri Orehov with architect Sergei Khadjibaranov's involvement. In 2014, next to the monument, a flowerbed shaped like a palette was planted. The memorial stands between the old and new museum buildings. The brothers Vasnetsov had ties to the Vyatka region where their relatives lived.
