Grigory Bulatov Monument

In Kirov City's Victory Park, there is a monument to Grigory Pyotrovich Bulatov, a native of Kirov, who participated in raising the Flag of Victory over the Reichstag. The monument symbolizes the feat of residents of the Kirov region during World War II. It was opened on May 8, 2015 and is part of the park's memorial complex.
