Alexander Vitberg Monument

The monument to architect Alexander Lavrentyevich Vitberg is installed in Kirov on Spasskaya Street near Vitberg House. It is a low granite pedestal with a bronze portrait of the architect in the style of ancient Ionic order. The sculptors are K.I. Kokyenko and V.A. Bondarev. Vitberg is known for his project of Aleksandro-Nevsky Cathedral in Vyatka. The monument was opened in 2017.
