Kirov State Circus

Kirov State Circus is located on Oktyabrsky Prospect, 147. The building was designed by Central Institute for Amusement Facilities under architect L. Segal's supervision. The dome was installed by Kirov Branch "Volgastalkonstruktsiya". More than 50 thousand people participated in youth subbotniki during construction. After ten years of construction, it could accommodate 1600 people. There are two large panels depicting circus scenes in the lobby. The first performance called "Happy Stars" gathered 60 artists.
