Bulychev Merchant's House

Bulychev House, situated at Lenina Street 96 in Kirov city, is a federal heritage site. Built by architect I.A. Charshin in 1911, it features decorative architecture and grandeur. The mansion was constructed for shipowner Tikhon Bulychev. In 1919, it housed the headquarters of the 3rd army of the Eastern front. It is among the most notable architectural monuments of the city.
