Pipa and Balalaika Sculpture

The sculpture "Pipa and Balalaika" is situated on Amur Boulevard in Khabarovsk. It symbolizes friendship between Khabarovsk and Harbin city (China). The composition brings together Chinese pipa and Russian balalaika joined together. Installed in 2014, it stands 12 meters high—one of the most prominent in the city. Open for viewing by anyone without requiring visit to a special institution.
