Black Tulip Monument-Memorial

Memorial-monument "Black Tulip" is situated on Glory Square in Khabarovsk. It honors soldiers who died in local conflicts. Its name relates to airplanes transporting deceased individuals from Afghanistan. The memorial is used for commemorative events and gatherings of veterans. It was opened on December 27, 2003 and is part of the city's military memory sculpture ensemble.
