Muromtsev Monument

N.N. Muraviev-Aмурsky Monument is located in Khabarovsk on Khabarovsky Utёс at ulitsa Shevchenko, 15/1. It is the largest pre-revolutionary Russia monument, 16 meters high, restored in 1992 after a long break. Originally opened in 1891, it was rebuilt by city residents with funds of 2 million rubles. On the pedestal there are bronze plates with names of participants in the annexation of Priamurie, and the monument is depicted on a banknote worth 5000 rubles since 2006.
