Erofey Pavlovich Khabarov Monument

The monument to Yefim Pavlovich Khabarov stands on the Pervakovskaya Square in Khabarovsk. The sculpture created by A.P. Milychin depicts an explorer as a Russian knight with a Cossack hat and armor. The monument greets visitors to the city at the entrance to the station and serves as their first impression of it. It was installed on May 29, 1958 and participated in the All-Union Art Exhibition. There is no portrait resemblance since there are no historical images of Khabarov.
