A.P. Okladnikov Archaeology Museum

The Archaeology Museum named after A.P. Okladnikov is located in Khabarovsk on Turgeneva Street, 86. It is a branch of the Regional N.I. Grodekov Museum and opened in 1998. The museum features unique exhibits from medieval settlements of Priamurie, including displays about petroglyphs of Sikachi-Alin and Sheremetyevskiy writings. Interactive workshops for children also take place here. The building of the museum is a federal architectural monument, formerly the home of merchant second guild B. Lyubben. This is the only far-eastern museum entirely dedicated to archaeological findings from the region.
