Амур Fish Museum Aquarium

Aquarium Museum "Amur Fish" in Khabarovsk is located on Amur Boulevard. It was opened on December 2, 2005 to celebrate the 60th anniversary of HTINRO. More than 90 species of fish from the Amur River basin are collected here, including Amur crabs, shrimp and water turtles. Visitors can see aquariums ranging from 80 to 900 liters with stones at the bottom. The starry sole attracts special attention as it swims upstream. Children from orphanages and preschool institutions visit the museum for free. About 10-20 thousand people visit it annually.
