Far Eastern Art Museum

The Far Eastern Art Museum is situated in Khabarovsk on Shevchenko Street, 7. Founded in 1931, it is the largest art institution in the Far East with over 16 thousand originals. It features halls showcasing Western European art from various schools and directions, as well as Russian painting with works by renowned masters such as Aivazovsky, Shishkin, Repin, Surikov, Levitan. Regular thematic tours and exhibitions take place here. Previously, the building belonged to Officers' Assembly constructed in 1884.
