Church of Saints Pyotr and Paul in Solomonya

Stone Church of Apostles Pyotr and Paul in Solomenskoe Village, Pyotrozavodsk, built on the site of an old wooden church destroyed in 1790. Dedicated in 1797 and is a monument of historical and cultural heritage. There is a cemetery near the temple where members of different confessions were buried. Construction of the church was initiated by merchant Ilya Konanov.
