Under One Star Sculpture

The sculpture "Under the Same Stars" is situated on Onega Embankment in Pyotrozavodsk. Its foundation is a star map. The composition's concept recalls the unity of cities Pyotrozavodsk and Neubrandenburg through symbols of friendship and shared celestial space. The work was created by Rainer Kessel and installed in 2000. Nearby, an indicator arrow points towards Germany, the homeland of the author.
