Sculpture "Under the Same Stars"

The sculpture "Under the Same Stars" is located on Onega Embankment in Pyotrozavodsk. It is made from a heavy stainless steel plate weighing 960 kg and is a gift from the city of Neubrandenburg (Germany). The author of the work is German sculptor Rainer Kessler, who also engraved a star map and an image of a scorpion onto the monument. The sculpture was installed in 2000 and mounted under the personal supervision of the author.
