Statue of Unity

The sculpture "Unity" is located on Onega Embankment in Pyotrozavodsk. It consists of two blue arches with a flame of unity inside, symbolizing cooperation between Pyotrozavodsk and the city of Jyväskylä (Finland). The sculpture was donated by the Finnish city to celebrate the 300th anniversary of the capital of Karelia and was created by artist Teppo Laurinolli.
