Wish Tree

The Wishing Tree sculpture is located on Onega Embankment in the center of Pyotrozavodsk. According to local legend, whisper your wish into the tree's ear and it will definitely come true. It is a gift from the Swedish city of Umea, created by sculptor Kent Andersson. The sculpture's distinctive feature is its black trunk with prominently white ear-shaped structure. The place is very popular among residents and visitors of the city.
